About this role
Position: SOA Administrator / OBIEE DBA
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Hyderabad / Pune
Employment Type: Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SOA administrator with strong OBIEE DBA experience to manage, support, and maintain Oracle SOA and OBIEE environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in administration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Oracle SOA Suite environments.
- Manage Oracle WebLogic Server, including domain configuration and deployments.
- Deploy and maintain SOA composites, BPEL processes, Mediator, and related components.
- Monitor SOA applications and troubleshoot production issues.
- Perform OBIEE administration and DBA activities.
- Manage OBIEE services, repositories, catalogs, and security configurations.
- Perform database-related activities, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Handle application deployments, patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify performance issues.
- Work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and support incident/change management processes.
Required Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in Oracle SOA Administration / WebLogic Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with OBIEE administration/DBA.
- Good knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server.
- Experience with SOA Suite components such as BPEL, Mediator, OSB, and Enterprise Manager.
- Experience in application deployment and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL.
- Experience with production support and incident management.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Exposure to SOA/OBIEE upgrades and patching.
- Experience working in large enterprise production environments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
