This role leads Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) across GSK Technology. The role sets the enterprise practice, standards, controls, data-quality expectations and delivery discipline required to maintain trusted asset and configuration information across a largely outsourced, multi-sourced ecosystem. It establishes clear accountabilities, governs adherence and assures that internal teams and delivery partners maintain complete, accurate and timely records throughout the lifecycle. Working through ServiceNow and integrated discovery, inventory, procurement and supplier data sources, the role enables service operations, cyber security, change, incident, problem, resilience and technology lifecycle decisions. It also drives proportionate automation and responsible AI-enabled productivity, with security, compliance, data quality, human review and governance guardrails embedded by design.
Responsibilities

- Define dashboards and management information that make control performance, risk, data quality and remediation progress transparent.
Automation, Responsible AI Modern Engineering
- Partner with the Automation Acceleration team and relevant platform or engineering teams to identify and prioritise automation opportunities across discovery, normalisation, reconciliation, attestation, exception triage and reporting.
- Promote responsible use of AI-enabled analysis and productivity tools to identify anomalies and improve decision support, with approved data use, security and compliance controls, explainability where appropriate, human review and auditable outcomes.
Education Professional Qualifications
