4–8+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years of hands-on FSO/CSM implementation experience.Design, configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow CSM and FSO solutions. Participate in the complete implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
