Job Description:

SMEHealthcare Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to lead and drive the healthcare division of company.

The role involves full ownership of the strategy development, business growth, operational excellence, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare facility management, hospital operations, and regulatory compliance while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Service Excellence:

- Oversee the end-to-end operations of healthcare facility management services, including housekeeping, patient support, maintenance, and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to healthcare industry regulations, quality standards (NABH, JCI, etc.), and infection control protocols.

- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

- Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency in facility operations.

- Implement best practices in hospital facility management to optimize costs and patient satisfaction.

Implementation of technology-driven solutions:

- We offer a range of solutions to improve hospital efficiency, hygiene, and patient experience, including: Infection Control & Hygiene Management:

1. Implement advanced cleaning and disinfection protocols to maintain a sterile hospital environment.

2. Use of hospital-grade disinfectants and antimicrobial coatings to prevent cross-contamination.

3. Integration of AI-based monitoring systems for real-time hygiene tracking.

- Patient Support & Non-Clinical Services:

- Biomedical Waste Management:

- Facility Maintenance & Engineering Support:

1. Predictive maintenance for hospital infrastructure, reducing downtime of critical equipment.

2. HVAC and air quality management for infection control.

3. Energy-efficient solutions to optimize hospital utility costs.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including property owners, contractors, and facility managers.

- Conduct business development activities, including lead generation, networking, and proposal creation.

Team Leadership & People Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare facility management professionals.

- Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous learning.

- Ensure proper training and development programs for staff to meet healthcare industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in leading/multiple hospitals/chain of hospitals, driving service management, hospital administration.

- Patient centric services.

- Preferably MBBS with additional MBA in Hospital Management/Administration.
