About the Role

Support strategic and transformation initiatives within WBG through problem-solving, analysis, stakeholder

engagement and recommendation development. The role manages identified workstreams and works with cross-

functional teams. Success is measured by the quality and timeliness of deliverables, analytical insight and

effective workstream management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and problem diagnosis to address business challenges.
• Analyze cross-functional data and assess processes to identify root causes and independently develop recommendations.
• Prepare executive presentations, client reports, and workshop materials.
• Manage identified workstreams while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• MBA or Engineering degree from a reputed institute, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3 - 7 years of experience in consulting, banking, fintech, or banking/financial services.

Role Proficiencies:

Knowledge

• Good understanding of banking products, processes, and financial-services trends.
• Exposure to digital transformation, data analytics, AI, or process-improvement programs is desirable.

Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven analysis.

Abilities

• Translate data and insights into practical business recommendations.
• Manage assigned workstreams effectively.
• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
