Site Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee site supervision activities to ensure timely completion of interior works projects.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements throughout the execution process.
  
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to minimize delays or cost overruns.
• Manage and supervise the loading and unloading of materials and accessories required at the site.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in interior designing, site coordination, engineering, or related fields.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
