We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong experience in AWS, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, and observability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining highly available, scalable, secure, and reliable production platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
Manage infrastructure using #Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot #Kubernetes clusters, preferably #AWS #EKS.
Develop and maintain #Helm charts / Helm-based deployments.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using #GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines.
Automate infrastructure and operational activities using Ansible and/or PowerShell.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using #Prometheus, #Grafana, and/or Datadog.
Establish and improve SRE practices around availability, #reliability, #scalability, performance, and incident management.
Participate in production incident response, #troubleshooting, RCA, and problem management.
Define and monitor #SLIs, #SLOs, and #SLAs.
Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve deployment and recovery processes.
Support disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and high-availability initiatives.
Implement security best practices including IAM, least privilege, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.
Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Security, and Platform Engineering teams.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve system reliability, deployment velocity, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
AWS EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch
Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
Kubernetes / AWS EKS
Helm / Helm Charts
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Azure Pipelines
Automation: Ansible and/or PowerShell
Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, and/or Datadog
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting
Scripting knowledge such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Strong understanding of networking, security, scalability, and high availability
Experience with incident management, RCA, DR, and production support
SRE Experience
Experience working in an #SRE / #DevOps / #Platform Engineering environment.
Hands-on experience improving MTTR, availability, reliability, and system performance.
Experience implementing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and error-budget practices.
Experience with production incident response and root-cause analysis.
Experience automating operational processes and reducing manual intervention.
