Site Reliability Engineer

Role & responsibilities

. Platform Support & Reliability
Support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of technology platforms and services. Assist in troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions that improve system availability, stability, and performance.

2. Automation & Operational Excellence
Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and automation solutions that streamline operational processes, reduce manual effort, and improve the efficiency and reliability of technology services. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of engineering best practices.

3. Monitoring & Incident Management
Partner with engineering and operations teams to implement observability solutions, monitor system health, respond to alerts, and support incident resolution activities. Help identify trends and recommend proactive measures to prevent recurring issues.

4. Technical Collaboration & Professional Development
Collaborate with software engineers, infrastructure teams, and business partners to support technology initiatives and service delivery objectives. Continuously develop technical expertise through hands-on experience, training, and participation in engineering projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, or production environments.
Experience with automation, scripting, or programming using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, or similar languages.
Familiarity with Linux or Windows operating systems, monitoring and observability tools, and DevOps or CI/CD concepts.
