Site Manager Interior Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day interior project execution at site locations. The role involves supervising installation activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to design specifications, maintaining timelines, and delivering high-quality finishes in line with project standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

• Oversee complete interior site execution including civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.
• Monitor daily site progress and maintain execution schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and safety compliance.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Manage manpower deployment and ensure productivity at site.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide timely solutions to avoid delays.
• Update management with daily/weekly progress reports.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all interior installations.
• Verify materials delivered at site match approved specifications and quantities.
• Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct final inspections and support project handover.

Cost & Material Management

• Track site material consumption and prevent wastage.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement teams.
• Assist in site measurements, billing checks, and vendor certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in interior project site management (residential / commercial projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and execution layouts.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
