Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Site HR professional to manage day-to-day human resource and workforce-related activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for workforce management, recruitment, attendance, employee records, payroll coordination and HR compliance.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at the project site.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees and workers.
• Maintain accurate employee, worker and labour records.
• Manage daily attendance and workforce deployment records.
• Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for timely salary and wage processing.
• Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with project management for workforce planning.
• Maintain employee documentation, joining records and other HR-related records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors regarding workforce and labour-related matters.
• Address employee and worker queries and resolve routine HR-related issues.
• Conduct employee and worker induction and orientation programs.
• Maintain HR reports and provide regular manpower and attendance updates to management.
• Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures at the project site.
• Coordinate with site management on employee welfare, discipline and workplace requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Experience managing HR operations at a project or construction site will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and employee documentation.
• Understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/ERP systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with workers, employees, contractors and project management.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities at a project site.
