Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in residential construction and interior projects, with expertise in site execution, quantity estimation, and project management to ensure quality work and timely project completion.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise residential construction and interior projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and technical drawings.
• Prepare quantity estimates and assess material requirements based on drawings and site conditions.
• Plan project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage labour, contractors, material procurement, and utilization at the site.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor workmanship and quality, identify site issues, and resolve execution challenges.
• Maintain project documentation, site records, daily progress reports, and timely project updates.
• Stay updated on the latest construction technologies, materials, methods, and industry practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 510 years of relevant experience in residential construction and/or interior project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, quantity estimation, site execution, and project planning.
• Excellent labour and material management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities efficiently.
