About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct all civil construction activities on the assigned site daily
- Interpret and implement approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications accurately
- Check and certify work quality at every stage: foundation, structure, masonry, finishing
- Measure and record quantities of work completed for billing and progress tracking
- Coordinate material delivery schedules; inspect and accept materials as per specifications
- Monitor and enforce site safety: PPE compliance, scaffold safety, electrical safety
- Coordinate with the Structural Engineer for RCC work and inspection points
- Identify and flag deviations from drawings or specifications to Project Manager immediately
- Prepare daily site reports (progress, manpower, materials, issues) and submit to Project Manager
- Support the Project Manager in contractor billing verification and measurement books
