Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. This role is responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with civil engineers, architects, and contractors, and ensuring that construction work aligns with design specifications and project timelines. The Site Engineer monitors quality control, safety practices, and resource utilization, including materials, labor, and equipment. The role involves reviewing drawings, resolving technical issues on site, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and communicating progress and challenges to project managers and stakeholders. The Site Engineer also supports adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards, contributing to efficient and safe project delivery.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and practical experience in managing construction activities.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients.
• Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure work meets design, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and be able to collaborate closely with civil engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role.
• Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and proficiency with basic construction-related software tools.
