Role Description The Site Engineer role at Herambh Projects is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, monitor work progress, and ensure alignment with project plans and specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and workers, checking material quality, and implementing quality control procedures. The role involves reviewing structural drawings, resolving on-site technical issues, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring safety compliance. The Site Engineer will also communicate status updates to project management and support timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively on site and manage day-to-day construction activities (On Site).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders (Communication).
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in civil construction (Quality Control).
• Understanding of structural engineering concepts and ability to interpret drawings and specifications (Structural Engineering).

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in using construction management tools and basic computer applications.
• Awareness of safety regulations, local building codes, and industry best practices.
