Site Engineer Interior Fit-Out

Role Description The Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that interior fit-out work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves monitoring progress, managing site resources, resolving technical issues, and maintaining safety and compliance on site. The Site Engineer will prepare and update site reports, track material usage, support project scheduling, and communicate regularly with project managers, designers, and clients regarding timelines and constraints. The role also includes conducting inspections, supporting snagging and de-snagging, and ensuring that completed work aligns with design intent and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of interior fit-out execution, including civil, carpentry, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings and translate them into actionable site plans.
• Experience in site supervision, daily site planning, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Knowledge of basic construction safety practices, quality control procedures, and relevant local building standards.
• Effective communication and documentation skills for preparing site reports, progress updates, and material tracking.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in interior projects is preferred.
• Ability to work independently on site, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to project needs and timelines.
