Role Description The Site Engineer (Canada, Australia & Germany) role at Infinite NXT is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Site Engineer will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with civil and structural engineering teams, and ensure that construction and installation work meets design specifications and quality standards. This role involves monitoring project progress, conducting inspections, identifying and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate site documentation. The Site Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders, communicate project updates, and support compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site engineering skills, including experience managing field operations and site supervision.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and international stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure adherence to standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to construction, infrastructure, and site development.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience working on multi-country or international projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using site management tools, engineering software, and project documentation systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing project requirements, and maintain a safety-first mindset at all times.
