Hiring: Shift Supervisor

Location: Chennai
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000/month
Rotational 3 Shifts (24x7) & 1 roaster week off
1-Year Project | Third-Party Payroll

We are hiring a Shift Supervisor for a critical project involving 100% inspection of customized machine components used in the Assembly Line.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of QC/QA experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
Knowledge of assembly line inspection will be an added advantage
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related discipline preferred
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Experience in mechanical drawings and instruments

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise QC inspectors across shifts
• Ensure 100% inspection compliance as per specifications
• Perform random inspections to validate quality standards and maintain inspection accuracy
• Monitor quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain inspection records and quality reports
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams
