Profile - Shift Engineer

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month

About the Role

Ensure smooth operation of all technical services during shift duty. Lead the engineering team, manage building assets, and coordinate with the Property Manager on technical matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electromechanical/utility services and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
• Conduct site inspections to identify risks and defects
• Supervise, train, and develop shift engineers and technicians
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs for in-house and outsourced vendor performance
• Track AMC/CAMC and DLP assets; maintain equipment history cards
• Review vendor invoices/quotations and ensure timely agreement renewals
• Prepare cost sheets, DMR/MMR reports, and ensure accurate documentation
• Ensure work permits and safe work practices are followed at all times
• Support risk assessments and root cause analysis for breakdowns
• Drive energy conservation initiatives
• Handle escalations and coordinate emergency response (ERT/QRT)
• Liaise with Regional/Head Office teams for reporting compliance

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field, with experience in facility/property management operations.
