To lead Lean, Digitalization and Low-Cost Automation Initiatives apart from other Total Employee Involvement Initiatives driving Manufacturing excellence.

Project Management : Ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and cost-efficient completion
Problem-Solving : Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address issues

Digital / Automation Projects
- Implement digital governance frameworks ensuring consistency, scalability, and sustainability of digital solutions.
- Partnering with different department and helping in execution & completion of digital projects which are going on in Unit.
- Ensure Digital / Automation Projects are implemented and regularly reviewed for the business impact.
- Regular contributions to strategic planning, development of function-specific digital initiatives, and alignment of these initiatives with overarching digital transformation objectives.
- Oversee the development and dissemination of digital training programs, customizing initiatives per team needs and tracking their effectiveness for continuous improvement.
