ServiceNow Solution Architect - Platform Analytics

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect Platform to lead platform architecture, user experience transformation, and enterprise ServiceNow solution design. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ServiceNow UX (SNUX), Next Experience, portals, Platform Analytics, Moveworks, and other platform products.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable platform solutions, defining technical architecture, improving user experience, integrating enterprise capabilities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture across enterprise implementations.
• Design modern user experiences using ServiceNow UX (SNUX), Next Experience, portals, workspaces, and related platform capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement ServiceNow platform products and capabilities based on business requirements.
• Design analytics and reporting solutions using Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics, dashboards, indicators, KPIs, and interactive filters.
• Work with ServiceNow modules and enterprise data sources, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, and CSDM, as relevant to the solution.
• Design reusable platform components, data models, integrations, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Translate business requirements, user journeys, and performance metrics into technical architecture and platform solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications, APIs, identity services, and third-party tools.
• Assess opportunities to use Moveworks and other relevant AI-powered enterprise experience capabilities where applicable.
• Guide developers and implementation teams on technical design, platform configuration, scripting, and architecture standards.
• Establish technical governance, design reviews, platform best practices, and implementation quality standards.
• Engage business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to align platform capabilities with business priorities.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of relevant IT and ServiceNow experience, including solution design and architecture responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and its broader product ecosystem.
• Experience with ServiceNow UX (SNUX), Next Experience, portals, workspaces, and user experience design.
• Knowledge of Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics, dashboards, reporting, indicators, KPIs, and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, CSDM, and relevant platform modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, Glide APIs, and platform configuration.
• Knowledge of integrations, REST APIs, data modelling, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform architecture and lead technical implementation teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication, technical governance, and solution design skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Moveworks and ServiceNow AI-powered employee or enterprise experiences.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform modernization and enterprise UX transformation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and advanced reporting capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, platform security, and governance.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
