ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, ITSM processes, and stakeholder management. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to architect enterprise-grade solutions, drive best practices, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Develop and oversee integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and other web-based technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Review technical designs, customizations, and configurations to ensure architectural compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and project teams.
• Drive platform optimization, performance improvements, and continuous enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL and service management best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs, REST and SOAP integrations, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM modules.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components.
• Experience in enterprise system integrations and web services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience with cloud integrations and DevOps practices.
