About this role
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 IT support to German-speaking users via calls, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and basic network issues.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools.
- Ensure SLA compliance and escalate issues to the appropriate support teams.
Required Skills:
3 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk Support
Good German and English communication skills
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office / Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
