Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and a good understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, organic traffic, search rankings and presence across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and website content.
• Develop internal linking and content optimization strategies.
• Conduct SEO audits and identify crawlability, indexing and technical issues.
• Optimize content for Featured Snippets, PAA, FAQs and answer-based searches.
• Implement AEO strategies to improve visibility in answer engines.
• Support GEO strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
• Work on structured data, Schema Markup and semantic content optimization.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks and conversions.
• Use Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools for analysis and reporting.
• Track brand visibility and mentions across AI search platforms.
• Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO improvements.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, AEO and GEO developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of practical SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
• Working knowledge of AEO and GEO.
• Good understanding of keyword research, search intent and SERP analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar.
• Basic understanding of Schema Markup, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and website CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and adapt to emerging AI search trends.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with AEO/GEO projects.
• Understanding of AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini.
• Knowledge of semantic SEO, entity optimization and E-E-A-T.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
