Role Description The Senior Wealth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in locatios across West India. This role involves advising affluent clients on comprehensive wealth management strategies, including financial planning, investment selection, and risk management aligned with their goals and risk profiles. The Senior Wealth Manager will build and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and recommend suitable products from InCred Premier's range, such as mutual funds, MLDs, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and insurance solutions. Responsibilities include monitoring market developments, preparing tailored proposals, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with product and operations teams, and delivering a high standard of customer service. The role requires proactive business development, including acquiring new clients and expanding wallet share with existing clients.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to create holistic, goal-based wealth plans for affluent clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Investment Management and Investments, including experience with mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and other market-linked products.
• Solid understanding of Insurance solutions, including life and health insurance, and their role in risk management and estate planning.
• Prior experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, preferably dealing with high-net-worth or affluent clients.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, with a client-centric and ethical advisory approach.
• Ability to analyze portfolios using tools and data, interpret market trends, and make informed, compliant recommendations.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Proven track record in business development, networking, and meeting revenue and growth targets in a financial services environment.
