Job Title: Video Editor (YouTube Podcasts & Motion Graphics)
Location: Technopark Phase 3, Trivandrum (Hybrid / Work From Home Options Available)

Schedule: Tuesday – Sunday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Mondays: Half-Day Off)

We are a growing digital marketing agency creating high-quality, engaging content for creators and brands. We are expanding our media team and looking for a creative, skilled Video Editor who specializes in YouTube content, podcast editing, and visual polish.
Work Structure & Shift Timings
Location: Technopark Phase 3, Trivandrum.
Work Model: Hybrid / WFH available.
Weekend Policy: Work From Home on Saturdays and Sundays.
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday.
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
Weekly Off: Monday (Half-day off).
Key Responsibilities
Edit long-form and short-form YouTube videos, with a strong focus on multi-cam podcast setups, audio syncing, and pacing.
Perform professional color grading to maintain a polished, cinematic look across all video assets.
Create and integrate engaging motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and text overlays.
Craft eye-catching hooks and short clips (Reels/Shorts) from full-length podcast episodes.
Collaborate closely with the agency team to deliver projects on deadline and maintain content quality control.
Key Requirements
Agency Experience: Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced content production environment.
YouTube & Podcast Editing: Proven track record of editing YouTube podcasts (multi-camera cuts, dynamic switching, sound design).
Color Grading: Strong mastery of color grading tools (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro Color / Lumetri) to refine skin tones, lighting, and overall aesthetic.
Motion Graphics: Solid working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (or equivalent) for animations, intro transitions, and visual callouts.
Technical Setup: Access to a reliable laptop/PC setup for high-resolution video rendering when working remotely.
Software Skills Required
Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve (Preferred for Color Grading)
Adobe After Effects
Photoshop (Basic thumbnail/graphic handling is a plus)
