Role Overview:

As a Senior Vice President of Corporate Insurance, you will spearhead the growth and management of the corporate insurance portfolio, acting as a primary advisor to C-suite stakeholders and risk managers. This role involves navigating complex insurance requirements, designing bespoke risk transfer programs, and leading high-value negotiations with insurance carriers. You will work closely with internal technical teams and external underwriters to deliver innovative solutions that protect the client's balance sheet. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering long-term client relationships, and establishing the firm's market presence in the corporate insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new corporate accounts and expand the existing client base in Mumbai and surrounding regions.

- Lead the end-to-end placement process for complex corporate risks, including property, liability, marine, and employee benefits, ensuring optimal coverage terms and competitive pricing.

- Manage high-level relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to understand their evolving risk profiles and provide proactive advisory services.

- Oversee the negotiation process with insurance underwriters to secure favorable terms, conditions, and claims support for clients.

- Mentor and lead a team of insurance professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and high performance.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline operational workflows, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
