Role & responsibilities

• Source and screen active IT professionals based on the specific technical requirements.
• Negotiate rate and collect needed information and documents required to submit client.
• Prepare daily activity report and maintain candidates database on daily basis.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• End-to-end recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment
