• Senior US IT Recruiter 5 to 10 Years A Recruiter is responsible for placing IT consultants, developing vendor relationships, and placing consultants in suitable projects with clients across the US staffing.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Match consultant skills with client requirements. Submit resumes to client's.
• Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms.
• Maintain relationships clients, and consultants.
• Follow up on interview feedback and project status.
• Update consultant profiles and maintain databases.
• Ensure successful placement of consultants on projects.
• Required Skills:
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with job portals.
• Understanding of visa types.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
