Senior US IT Recruiter (Only Male)

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior US IT Recruiter to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role operating during US EST hours. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing high-quality IT talent for US-based positions with minimal supervision.

Please Note: As this is a night-shift role and the company does not provide cab/transport facility, candidates must have their own means of commuting.

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and short-list qualified IT candidates for various technical positions in the US.
• W2 Hiring: Focus on hiring W2 candidates using multiple channels, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Client Relations: Manage placements across Tier 1 vendors, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients.
• Interview Management: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate final rounds of interviews with hiring managers.
• Pipeline Management: Multitask and efficiently manage multiple job openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
• Core Expertise: Deep understanding of W2 hiring, US Visas, tax terms, and US staffing processes (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Permanent).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong, in-depth understanding of IT roles, engineering skill sets, and industry technologies.
• Industry Domain: Experience recruiting for US State Government clients is a major plus (though not mandatory).
• Communication: Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment software.
• Education: Any Graduate degree (Preferred in IT/Computer Science).
