Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for designing tailored holiday itineraries for outbound leisure travelers, aligning trip plans with traveler preferences, budgets, and timelines. The Senior Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, activities, and insurance, while using Holiday Tribe's AI tools to enhance speed and accuracy. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing expert destination guidance, managing reservations, resolving issues pre- and post-travel, and maintaining accurate booking records. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes, contributing feedback on AI itinerary quality, and supporting high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design comprehensive, customized itineraries.
• Hands-on experience with Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and related services.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and building long-term traveler relationships.
• Proficiency in managing Reservations, using travel booking systems, GDS tools, or OTA platforms.
• Previous experience in outbound leisure travel consulting or agency environments, preferably in international destinations.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort working with digital tools and AI-driven platforms; ability to adapt to evolving technology and processes.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously.
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
