Role Description

The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing complex travel itineraries and delivering high-quality consulting services to individual and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include designing customized travel packages, handling domestic and international travel arrangements, coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, and tours, and ensuring accuracy in reservations and documentation. The role involves advising clients on destinations, travel options, budget optimization, and compliance with visa, insurance, and other regulatory requirements. The Senior Travel Consultant will also resolve customer queries, manage changes or cancellations, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to secure competitive rates and maintain service standards. This role requires proactive client communication, upselling relevant services, and maintaining detailed records in travel management systems.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design tailored itineraries for diverse traveler profiles.
• Demonstrated experience handling end-to-end Travel Arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and related services.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships.
• Hands-on knowledge of Reservations processes and systems, including GDS or online booking platforms.
• Prior experience in a senior travel consulting or agency role, preferably handling both leisure and corporate accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfort with using travel technology tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage peak-season workloads, and adapt to changing client needs.
