About this role
Tech Observer is hiring Senior Technical Recruiters (US Staffing)
Do you have exp of working on Technical FTE role Join our growing team and work with leading US clients in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Location: Sector 62, Noida (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: 4 Days Onsite | 1 Day Work From Home
Shift: Night Shift (US EST)
What We're Looking For
- 4–8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (IT and Non IT Requirements)
- Hands-on experience with MSP, Direct Clients, and VMS
- Strong sourcing expertise using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals
- Experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US-based clients
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work US shift hours from our Noida office
