Senior Technical Consultant - Salesforce Communications Cloud

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Technical Consultants with expertise in Communications Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in OmniStudio, CPQ, product configuration, pricing, integrations, and end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity.
• Hands-on expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, product catalog, pricing, and product configuration.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and client-facing consulting.

Preferred candidate profile: Candidates with strong OmniStudio and CPQ experience are welcome, even without direct Communications Cloud experience.
