About this role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for building construction projects, ensuring timely hiring aligned with project timelines and business needs.
- Partner with project directors, engineering leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements across project lifecycle stages (design, execution, commissioning).
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for critical roles including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Planning Engineers, QS/Contracts, Design & MEP professionals.
- Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand construction roles.
- Drive direct sourcing, headhunting and networking using platforms such as LinkedIn, industry forums, and referrals.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks and competitor hiring trends to support decision-making.
- Ensure high-quality candidate screening, technical alignment and cultural fit for all shortlisted profiles.
- Oversee offer negotiation, compensation benchmarking, and candidate closure to ensure high acceptance ratios.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire & drive continuous improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements, ATS optimization, and best practices in talent acquisition.
