Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Domestic & International Hiring

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate, commercial, and leadership roles across India and International markets. You will partner directly with management to build talent pipelines and secure top-tier talent for our growing global trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding and offboarding for domestic and international mandates.

* Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create clear, market-aligned Job Descriptions for technical, commercial, and managerial positions.

* Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, employee referrals, consultants, and international talent pools.

* Conduct screening, preliminary interviews, and structured assessments to evaluate technical, cultural, and cross-cultural fit.

* Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and facilitate feedback loops with senior management.

* Handle overseas candidate coordination regarding role expectations, location, compensation, availability, and relocation where applicable.

* Support salary benchmarking, candidate negotiations, and documentation in line with company policies.

* Maintain accurate recruitment MIS covering sourcing, metrics, pipeline stages, and turnaround times (TAT).

* Build relationships with educational institutes, management colleges, and recruitment partners.

* Champion employer branding initiatives and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications & Core Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.

* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring in corporate environments or recruitment consultancies.

* Demonstrated hands-on experience in both domestic and international hiring.

* Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, with a proven track record of identifying passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.

* Exceptional communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and global candidates.

* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and MS Office.

* Preferred Background: Prior exposure to hiring for Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics/Export Operations, or experience within the manufacturing, trading, or textile industries will be a distinct advantage.
