Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description
Our team is growing, and for that reason, a new opportunity has opened for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resource team. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work professionally. This role involves the full-cycle recruitment process, connecting organizational staffing needs with qualified talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Analysis & Descriptions
- Post job openings across multi-platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, & other job boards) and actively source active/passive candidates.
- Write and update clear, inclusive job descriptions
- Sourcing & screening resumes.
- Schedule interviews/selection process for candidates.
- Offers & Negotiations
- Coordinate with the panellists & line up interviews.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), record MIS metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire), and assist with onboarding.
- Recruitment reports
- Standardizing and maintaining the database.
- High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask across multiple open positions.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assign.
Selection Criteria:
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
- Sourcing Platforms: Mastery of Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific job portals.
- Data & Analytics: Ability to track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and use
- Candidate must have recruitment firm experience.
Communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Immediate Joiner is most preferable.
- Team Player
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must have Excel knowledge.
Academic qualifications & experience
- MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
