We are looking for a highly experienced Ping Identity Architect / Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PingDirectory and PingOne to lead enterprise identity architecture, implementation, migration, integration, and production support.

Design enterprise PingDirectory architecture for high availability, replication, scalability & disaster recovery.

Implement and administer PingOne in production environments, including authentication, MFA, adaptive authentication and access policies.

Lead consolidation and migration of multiple identity sources into PingDirectory & PingOne.

Design identity data models, attribute mappings, identity correlation and synchronization strategies.

Integrate PingDirectory / PingOne with Microsoft Entra ID and other enterprise identity platforms.

Build scalable identity synchronization and provisioning solutions.

Configure and optimize PingDirectory replication, indexing and performance.

Develop migration strategies from legacy LDAP environments with minimal downtime.

Design secure SSO solutions using:

• SAML 2.0

• OAuth 2.0

• OpenID Connect (OIDC)

Troubleshoot complex issues involving:

• PingDirectory replication

• LDAP

• Certificates

• Synchronization

• Federation

• Authentication

Experience deploying Ping Identity solutions in AWS and/or Azure environments.

Create architecture diagrams, implementation plans and operational documentation.

Work independently as the technical lead for architecture, implementation and production support.

7+ years of hands-on experience with PingDirectory & PingOne

Strong enterprise IAM architecture experience

Deep understanding of LDAP, replication & identity synchronization

Strong SSO & federation experience

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID integrations

Production implementation & troubleshooting experience

Strong cloud experience — AWS / Azure

Financial Services / Banking / Mortgage / Regulated Industry experience

Ping Identity certifications

Large-scale identity migration experience
