Senior Solutions Manager

Hiring: Senior Solution Engineer – Java | AWS | Snowflake | AI

Location: Mumbai

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week from office

Employment: Full-time

Experience: 8–12 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Solution Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and building production-grade cloud, data and AI solutions.

This is an opportunity to work across Java, AWS, Snowflake and modern AI technologies while owning solutions end-to-end—from architecture and development through deployment, observability and production support.

What you'll work on

• Design and build scalable, secure cloud-native applications and data solutions

• Develop and optimise data pipelines and data products using AWS & Snowflake

• Build robust backend solutions using Java and modern software engineering practices

• Work with AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, orchestration and event-driven architectures

• Own deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting and production operations

• Partner with business and technology teams to turn complex requirements into practical technical solutions

• Explore and implement AI-enabled engineering and data solutions

What we're looking for

8+ years of hands-on experience in software, solution or data engineering

Strong Java development experience

Deep hands-on AWS experience

Strong practical experience with Snowflake

Experience building and operating production-grade systems

Strong understanding of APIs, testing, CI/CD, DevOps and software architecture

Experience with cloud-native integrations and automation

Great to have

• Amazon Bedrock or other AWS AI services

• RAG and agent-based AI solutions

• Model evaluation and AI guardrails

• GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools

• Experience with AI-assisted development / harness engineering

• Financial-services or other highly regulated enterprise environments

We're particularly interested in engineers who are hands-on, technically curious and comfortable taking ownership beyond just writing code.

Compensation: 30–36 LPA approximately, depending on experience, current compensation and overall fit.
