About the Role

We're looking for a Senior SEO Executive who can spot what's broken before it tanks rankings — someone who thinks in audits, not just checklists. You'll own the SEO strategy across multiple client accounts, lead AEO/GEO visibility efforts, and guide the junior team on execution.

This isn't a write meta tags and wait role. You'll dig into crawl reports, prioritise technical fixes, build content strategies that move numbers, and sit in on monthly client calls to discuss what worked and what didn't.

What You'll Do

• Audit client websites to find critical SEO issues — technical, on-page, and content gaps
• Build and execute strategies for AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
• Plan and assign SEO tasks to the junior team; review their output
• Run monthly performance reports and present insights to clients
• Track algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
• Manage Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong technical SEO skills — crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexation
• Experience with AEO/GEO or willingness to learn fast
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Ability to explain SEO performance to non-technical clients
• Clear written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a small SEO team
• WordPress or Shopify SEO experience
• Google Ads or content marketing background

Compensation

15,000 – 30,000/month · Based on experience · Performance-based appraisals
