About this role
ContextQA is a US-headquartered, AI-powered test automation platform used by engineering and QA teams. We are hiring an experienced Senior SDR (Outbound Cold Calling) based in India to build our pipeline.
Role & responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to QA heads, engineering managers, VPs of Engineering and CTOs
- Introduce ContextQA's autonomous testing platform and explain its value clearly
- Qualify prospects and book demos for our Account Executives
- Handle objections confidently and follow up through calls, email and LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for conversations and meetings booked
- Share prospect feedback with sales and product teams to improve messaging
Preferred candidate profile
- 4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR or outbound inside sales professional
- Proven cold-calling track record with targets met or exceeded
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology products to technical or senior decision-makers
- Excellent spoken English and strong listening and objection-handling skills
- Hands-on experience with a CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar)
- Comfortable working [US time zone / shift timings]
- Good to have: Cold Calling, experience selling software testing, DevOps or developer tools, and experience with US or international markets
- Baseline: Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, ERP / CRM / SaaS, SAAS
- Skills: Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, SDR, Prospecting, Appointment Setting, Objection Handling, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
