Senior Scrum Master | Pune | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our client's team in Pune and play a key role in strengthening Agile maturity across DevOps and software development teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master who enjoys coaching teams, driving Agile transformation, removing impediments, and mentoring other Scrum Masters.

Location: Pune.

Experience: 8+ Years

Preference: Immediate Joiners / Early Joiners

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives

• Coach and mentor Scrum teams to improve Agile maturity and adherence to Scrum practices

• Guide teams on the purpose and value of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and practices

• Identify and remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment

• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog

• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and act as a liaison between Scrum teams

• Track team progress and Agile performance metrics

• Drive continuous improvement and incremental value delivery

• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile practices across the organization

• Challenge existing ways of working and adapt Scrum practices based on team and business needs

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including 3+ years in a Senior Scrum Master role.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies.

Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile frameworks.

SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent.

Strong coaching, facilitation, leadership and mentoring skills.

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.

Experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Hands-on experience with Jira / Agile project management tools.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
