Senior SAP Consultant

Swire Digital Centre ,established in April 2019 is a owned subsidiary of the longstanding Swire Shipping, a company with almost 150 years of history.

SDC is looking to hire 9-12 years Senior SAP Consultant for Bangalore Location

Position is Hybrid- 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH

Swire Digital Centre have Business in Aviation(Cathay Pacific Airlines – Swire Pacific) , Shipping (Swire Shipping), Food (Finlay's) and beverages etc. Swire Digital Centre was established in Bangalore to set up the Ecommerce part and Digitalization of Swire Shipping Vertical.

Role Purpose (Why do we need this role)

Swire SAP System is mainly used for Financing (FICO), Fixed Asset, Procurement, interfacing with many other systems.

This SAP FICO Consultant role is a member of SAP team of 6 people, from SG and India, to support SAP daily operation, implement new projects and Change Request.

Role Accountabilities (What is this role responsible for delivering)

This position will work as SAP 1st layer support, also support Change Request, and Project, in SAP ECC6.0 EHP8 environment Provide SAP support and troubleshooting for tickets, FICO (70%) and MM (30%), raised by 250 SAP users from different countries. Conduct business requirement gathering and provide solution, and configurate FICO and MM module to fulfil the requirement. Provide Function Specification for program change to technical team. Perform Unit Testing for any Project or Change Request. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in FI/CO modules. Work on enhancements, customizations, and new implementations. Perform system testing, UAT, and support go-live activities. Provide end-user training and documentation. Support internal and external audits by providing system evidence and reports. Validate configuration against audit standards (e.g., segregation of duties).Assist in remediation of audit findings related to SAP FICO.

Key Qualifications & Skills(What knowledge will ensure success in the role)

1. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in configuration and support in SAP: 7+ Years of relevant experience in:

a. FICO module: Fixed Asset, AR, AP, GL, Banking, CO;

b. MM: PR, PO, PO Release Strategy, GR, IR.

c. RFC, IDoc.

d. Module Integrations

2. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency is a must.

3. Courteous manner and clear English speaking is a must, Mandarin speaking is a additional point

4. Good team player, self-driven, diligent, responsible, conscientious, and honest.

5. Basic knowledge in ABAP is preferred to work with a technical team.

6. SAP FICO or MM certificated is preferred.

7. Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent is preferred.

8. Self-motivated as a professional while working from home, anytime can do Team call just like working in office.
