Senior Reltio MDM & Integration Hub Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Reltio MDM & Integration Hub Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH). The ideal candidate should have experience designing MDM solutions, configuring data models, implementing data quality rules and developing integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain Reltio MDM data models, entities, relationships and reference data.
• Implement match, merge, survivorship and data quality rules to establish accurate golden records.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Build RIH recipes, mappings, connectors, transformations and error-handling workflows.
• Integrate Reltio with source and downstream systems using REST APIs, file-based and event-driven integration patterns.
• Work on batch and real-time data integrations.
• Support data migration, data loads, reconciliation, testing and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of experience in MDM, data integration or related technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Reltio MDM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data modelling, match/merge, survivorship and golden records.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, JSON and XML.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with batch, real-time and event-driven integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Reltio certification.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Kafka or Google Pub/Sub.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Healthcare domain experience.
