The Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) - Custody will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with institutional clients across the custody and securities services ecosystem. The role focuses on driving business growth, enhancing client experience, and increasing revenue through custody and allied banking solutions. The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and customized solutions. Additionally, the role involves identifying market opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Job Description: -

.Manage and deepen relationships with institutional clients including FPIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, and Financial Institutions.

.Drive custody business growth through client acquisition, wallet share enhancement, and revenue generation.

.Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across Transaction Banking, Cash Management, FX, and Trade Finance products.

.Act as the primary point of contact for client servicing, issue resolution, and escalation management.

.Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

.Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive trends to provide strategic solutions and enhance client value

Skills & Eligibility criteria: -

. MBA (Finance/Marketing), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

. Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

. 8-15 years of experience in Custody Services, Securities Services, Transaction Banking, Institutional Banking, or Capital Markets.

. Strong understanding of custody operations, settlements, corporate actions, fund services, and securities markets.

. Experience managing institutional clients such as FPIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, and Financial Institutions.

. Proven track record in relationship management and revenue generation.

. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

. Knowledge of Indian capital market regulations and custody ecosystem.
