Senior Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to support a mix of Healthcare, Administrative, Non-IT, and IT staffing requirements across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on healthcare (non Clinical) and non-IT positions while being comfortable handling occasional IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US-based contract and permanent positions.
• Work on a variety of roles including:
• Healthcare Billing & Collections
• Claims Examiner / Claims Processor
• Credentialing Coordinator
• Patient Financial Representative
• Patient Access Representative
• Medical Records Specialist
• Administrative / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
• Data Entry Specialist
• Power BI Developer and other IT roles as assigned
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools to identify talent.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruiting updates.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific submission requirements and recruiting processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment.
• Strong experience recruiting for Healthcare and Non-IT positions.
• Exposure to IT recruitment is Required.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
