Senior Quantity Surveyor

Sanghi Consulting Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Nagpur.

Experience: 5–10+ years

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

• Preparation and checking of detailed quantities and BOQs
• Quantity take-off from architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Preliminary measurement checking and verification at site
• Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
• Rate analysis and estimation as per applicable SSR / DSR
• Verification of contractor measurements and quantities
• Checking material consumption and reconciliation
• Preparation and review of variation statements
• Coordination with site engineers, contractors, consultants and client representatives
• Maintaining proper quantity and measurement records
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential
