Senior Purchase Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with interior designers to understand project requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quotation comparisons.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for materials, furniture, and fittings.
• Manage vendor selection, purchase orders, and approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Resolve quality, billing, and delivery issues.
• Monitor costs, material usage, and project budgets.
• Maintain procurement documents and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, BOQs, and cost estimation.
• Experience in vendor management and procurement.
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP procurement tools.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
