Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Project Manager with a strong Automation Testing background to lead and manage end-to-end quality assurance activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in test automation, team management, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and defining QA strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Automation QA teams.
• Define and implement the overall QA and Test Automation strategy.
• Plan, track, and manage test activities, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive automation initiatives using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Monitor automation coverage, execution results, defect metrics, and overall quality KPIs.
• Ensure automation frameworks follow coding standards, best practices, and maintainability guidelines.
• Coordinate with SMEs and other stakeholders.
• Manage test planning, estimation, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and provide mitigation plans.
• Review automation code, test strategy, and framework improvements.
• Support resource planning, team mentoring, performance management, and skill development.
• Provide regular project status updates and quality reports to management and clients.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in QA/Test Management or Project Management.
• Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of test management, defect tracking, and reporting tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in effort estimation, project planning, resource management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
