About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex software and AI-driven projects.

You will work closely with engineering, product, business, and client teams to drive projects from planning through delivery. The role requires strong ownership, structured execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to identify and address risks before they impact delivery.

Location: Coimbatore / Hybrid

Experience: 7–12 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software and AI projects.
• Work closely with engineering, product, business, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify potential delivery risks and bottlenecks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure teams are aligned with project priorities.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Use project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Trello to maintain project visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
• Encourage the adoption of AI tools and modern practices to improve project planning and execution.
• Support and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 7–12 years of overall experience, with 6+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end project management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-grade software projects from initiation through delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, particularly Jira.
• Strong skills in resource planning, risk management, dependency management, and project tracking.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to explore and adopt AI tools in project management.
