Role Description The Senior Project Manager (Canada, Australia & Germany) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing end-to-end immigration and visa projects related to Canada, Australia, and Germany, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of services. Daily activities include managing project timelines, supervising expediting activities, coordinating inspections, and overseeing logistics related to client documentation and application submissions. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with consultants, operations staff, and external stakeholders to resolve issues, monitor progress, and optimize processes. The role also involves reporting on project performance, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining adherence to relevant regulations and internal quality standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely movement of applications, documents, and approvals.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills for reviewing documentation, verifying compliance, and maintaining quality control.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize, track, and streamline processes related to client files and submissions.
• Relevant experience in immigration, consulting, or professional services project delivery, preferably involving international destinations.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (such as PMP or equivalent) are beneficial.
